Travel Expenses
To keep things simple, I include travel within 50 miles of Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. For weddings further afield, a travel fee of £0.45 per mile (round trip) applies.
Accommodation Costs
For weddings requiring travel beyond 2 hours or finishing late in the evening, overnight accommodation may be required. This ensures I am well-rested and fully prepared to capture your day. Accommodation costs will be discussed and agreed upon in advance, typically covering a reasonable hotel or B&B stay near the venue.
Deposit and Payment
*A £150 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Additionally, the remainder of the full amount is required no less than 30 days prior to the wedding date. A reminder will be sent for peace-of-mind. Payment can be made via Bank Transfer to the account specified in the invoice.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used to reschedule or book another service. Full terms and conditions are outlined in the invoice before payment.
Prices and Discounts
Full pricing is subject to change over time. Photo and video combination discounts are only available for weddings taking place within the same calendar year as the booking; future-year weddings are excluded.
