Prior to the shoot we will have a brief consultation to discuss how we want to best showcase yourself. I have an array of options from studio to ambient to everything in between.

To come straight off of the street and into a photoshoot can be a little jarring, so before our time officially starts we can take ten minutes to greet over a cuppa (or without, of course if you prefer).

It's often preferred to have some background music as we go, I have a bluetooth speaker that you can connect to so if you have time and wish to create a playlist to bring with you or send to me, by all means please do.

I have a  venue in Blackheath, London that is my default option, additionally I am also entirely portable so if you would like me to come to a place of your choosing, this can be discussed also.

FAQs
Q: How many changes of clothes should I bring?
A: As a rule of thumb, you can look to bring one set per 30 minutes of shooting time  we can discuss what you might want to bring in order to suit your personal needs

Q: Can I shave midway through the shoot?
A: Yes, each venue has a bathroom you are welcome to use.

Q: Why do you offer headshots in "black and white or colour"?
A: Traditionally, headshots were mostly used in black and white. In the UK, this is still seen and can make for a punchy impact with the right shot. In the U.S.A however, they have abolished B&W altogether and use only colour which may be something to factor when deciding

Q: What does it mean when the final images are retouched, graded and processed in full resolution JPEG?
A: Retouching the image means that I will look to clean anything distracting left in the image such as dust or a hair that has gone astray as well as remove any blemishes or spots that are temporary (anything that will no longer be there in two weeks). Grading the images will be layering a multitude of bespoke subtle layers designed to create contrast in light and colour that packs the punch and has you stand out amongst the rest. Finally, all images are shot in digital RAW format meaning that they are files with dense data to be able to edit extensively with but will also need converting to a more universal and readable format which JPEG is. This means you can use the image freely knowing no one will have any issues viewing the image as you would if it were still RAW.

QCan I have any/all of the unedited photos?
A: In short, the answer no I'm afraid. I can appreciate that the proofs look pretty good by themselves, however the reason being that photographers only release edited images is because to deliver otherwise is only half of the job complete. As above you can see all that goes into the image post shoot, at this part of the process each photographer has honed their unique look and style, which helps you to stand out from the crowd. To use any of the unedited images would be a degradation to both of our reputations.

Q: What are your payment methods?
A: I accept PayPal, bank transfer or cash on the day before we begin.

Q: What if I need to cancel/reschedule?
A: That's totally fine. As an actor you have the ability to be needed for auditions in a moments notice. I have good relationships with my venues and a day before will not incur a charge. If it is on the day however, there will be a small fee -- depending on your package/length of time but roughly £5 an hour.
